You can use this map to find where to sign the petition near you.

Find your local petition holder

The law requires that the petition is signed on paper – online signatures are not acceptable until the Secretary of State decides how they could be verified. We’ve asked him to get on with this and you could write to to ask him why he is taking so long over this.

There are currently around 25 people who are collecting signatures and you visit them to sign the petition in person. Please send your local organiser an email to arrange a convenient time. Please include your address and mobile phone number if you have one.

You can be added to the map and become a local petition – just send an email to to offer to help in this way.
